Established member unit: PP packaging factory

Established member unit: PP 2 packaging factory

Established member unit: Ha Tien 2 Joint Venture Company - Can Tho. Now it is Tay Do Cement Joint Stock Company.
2002 - 2004
Due to the large investment in PP Packaging Factory 2, the Company encountered many difficulties and needed financial restructuring.

The People's Committee of Can Tho City has decided to appoint new leaders for SADICO Can Tho Company.
Early 2007
Acquired by the Company to Buy and Sell Debt & Outstanding Assets of enterprises - Ministry of Finance. Implement capital restructuring.

The Company officially operates in the form of a joint stock company.

The company listed on the Hanoi trading floor with stock code SDG, charter capital of 50 billion VND.

SADICO Can Tho Joint Stock Company raised its charter capital to 65 billion VND.
